Eye Twitch Cure solution that will help you
As things evolved, I’ve been feeling more and more benevolent. I understand the frustration and torment of the random and sometimes chronic eye twitch. So, I truly want to help you and all.
Below I give you the no frills easy solution that worked for me free of charge.
If you want to give back below there is a donate button, ….and send me a quick gratitude note of how this helped you personally would be appreciated.
So, give this a try over the next few days …and long term as needed, and see how your life improves.
The 4 Part Solution:
ONE:
- If you currently have an infuriating eye twitch, I recommend going to your local CVS or Walgreens and picking up some Benadryl.
Benadryl is the brand name for diphenhydramine and is commonly and readily available in over the counter sleeping pills. Pick up the pack of 25Mg and split each pill in half giving you an active 12.5mg dose of diphenhydramine.
This is NOT a long term solution cure but will simply “take the edge off” your worry and assists in alleviating a nagging, “active eye twitch”.
But, do not do this long term, this is only a short term crutch med. for an active eye twitch.
Imo this works better than CBD Oils as the affects are instantly noticeable and not built up over time like CBD. Like me, we all want instant help. So do this. Step 1.
TWO:
- Eyebrow Massage: Take the palm of your hand and rub your eyebrows in circular motions. Press down very hard as you want to readily break up all the nerve fibers going to your eyes. Rub your Eyebrows, NOT your eyes directly, as that will only aggravate your condition in the long run.
With the palm of your hand rub in circular motions both your eyebrows pressing down hard as you rub at least 30 secs each , do this right now and before you go to bed every night and then again in mid. morning. Do this daily over the next week.
You should feel that your eyes water and a new sense of relaxation in your body. This is what you want. From pressing down hard there may be natural swelling the next day so this should be followed up with a simple Ice application.
Simply take an Ice Cube and rub on and above the eyebrow area continuing this cycle of actively breaking up the nerves and then actively deadening the nerve endings/ reducing swelling with Ice.
Try not get the ice water in your eyes as this can sometimes further irritate your eyes.
Do this long term. Over time this will really help you.
THREE:
- As the saying goes, “Keep your chin up”. This sounds like a minor nuance but it really does have a very beneficial impact over time imo. Many people are on screens all the time looking down. Also bad posture is common to many with an eye twitch.
So, raise all your computer / device screens a bit above eye level, and going forward, constantly remind yourself to move and walk with your chin slightly raised up.
Additionally for many, Chronic Eye fatigue from long hours spent on a computer or device daily only further aggravates an eye twitch. So, I also recommend you purchase computer eye glasses/ gaming glasses which can help in lessening eye fatigue. Look into buying an inexpensive pair that you like. They’re all over the internet for varying prices. Find the style and price that fits you.
Most of all, from this day forward, move with your chin slightly raised up.
Long term, this will help you immensely.
FOUR:
The BEST FOR LAST! Of all the things I've tried for a lasting eye twitch I've found using TEA TREE OIL & WASH on my eyes daily has reduced my eye pain immensely. TEA TREE OIL contains active ingredients to fight infection/ dust mites/ and blepharitis. I found that it truly works! Regular wash products only inflamed my eyes more, whereas Tea Tree brought long lasting relief. Though, do not get it in your eye as it may sting a bit but do wash with it daily. Make it part of your general wake up routine. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TRY IT.
Just go to Amazon and search for TEA TREE OIL & WASH. I buy the 16 OZ size and it lasts forever it seems. I think it's around $15 or so, Worth it!
Follow these recommendations and tell me how your life improves. Giving a gift to someone.
